After all the horror, comes a bit of romantinc, with my favourite movie, Notting Hill, with Julia Roberts, as Ana Scott, and Hugh Grant, as William Thaker. William is unsuccessful Notting Hill owner, when Anna Scott, the worl's most beatiful and famous actress, enters in his shop. Later, William runs into her, and spills and orange juice over her, and she accepts going to his house to change her clothes, and she thanks him with a kiss. William, first try to forget Anna, but he can't, so he try to find her. After meeting his family and staying in his house, because she needs a place to hide out from the press, they finally fall love.

THE BEST HORROR MOVIE I HAVE SEEN

The best and most frightening horror movie I have ever seen is clearly Poltergeist. It tells the story of a family living in a planned comunity.The little daughter, Carol Anne, starts at night a conversation with the television. The parents didn't care about it, and overlooked all instructions. One day, when the other son, Robbie is taken out of the window and Carol Anne disappear in a wardrobe, the parents look for help from parapsychologists who pick up their two children back to the family. In the end, it turns out that the house is built over an old cemetery, and they move out immediately into a hotel.
One of the most frightening scenes of all te movie, in my opinion, is when the little daughter is talking with the television and suddenly her parents ask what she's doing, she only answers, They're here.
But that was not the worst, after the shootings for the three films, all actors died. And from there on, the people talk about the curse of the Poltergeist.

COMIC RELIEF

A comic relief means a releasing of emotional or other tensios resulting from a comic episode interposed in the midst of serious or tragic elements in a drama
They are used in horror movies when the work enters a dramatic moment.
I really don't remember laughing horror films, because that three times in my life that I saw a horror film I, honestly, were to scared to laugh.
But, some examples of the using of the comic relief are Star Wars, Les misérables...

The master of suspense is definetely Alfred Hitchock. His most famous horror film is Psycho, made in 1960.
Hitchcock's most important contribution to horror fims was the use of the subjective camera to reveal a charachter's vision. The character's he use to use were the Psychos, a suave and unflappable hero, outlandish dangers and beautiful predatory women.

When I was a little kid, I used to read all the nights. But I never found books that really interested me. But one day, my grandma gave me a book, The Diary Princess, from Meg Cabot. It was the first book I loved, and I read it like 5 times in a row. Now there are about ten books to buy, which all tells the story of the Princess Mia, and they made two films based on the diarys. Most say that these are for 12 year old girls, but I still like them, and they teach you a lot about life. Now that I'm a bit older, I love the books from Susan Elizabeth Phillips, who is, in my opinion, one of the best authors of romance of the century.

JUST HAVE FUN

Next year, my friend Esther and I will go for a week to Germany to visit my village. We'll probably travel with plane in march from Barcelona, and in a few hours we would be there already. We will visit some cities, like Freiburg, Stuttgart, Kahrlsruhe and go shopping a lot. But one day is already reserved, because we must go to the Europapark. It's the biggest and funniest attraction park that i know. It will be one week, without the stress and exams, just to relax, have fun and be ourselves.

Most people think that if they really want it, they can do it, but there is always this voice inside our head that tell us, are you sure that you can do it? And at that moment, a lot of people give up on their dreams. But, what is if people like Coco Chanel would have given up?
If Coco Chanel really would have given up, we all were dressed with dresses and corsets right now. She was one of the first women in the world who had the power to succeed in a world full of men. And all this because she NEVER gave up.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR STORY

The psychological horror story was invented by Edgar Allan Poe. He was born in January 1809 as an orphan. He studied at the University if Virginia and he became the inventor of the modern detective story, a pioneer of science fiction and the master of the macabre.  His first PHS was the Metzengerstein, but the most popular story, was de Tell-tale-heart, wich was published in 1843.
The tell-tale-heart is a story told by an anonymous man who is obsessed with the "vulture eye" of an old man. The man have hallucinations, he always hear the heart beat of the old man getting louder and louder. Finally, he decides to kill him and he hides the body under the floarboards. In the same night, the policy arrived to the house, and after hearing again the heart beat of the old dead man, he tells the policy what he did.

THE GOTHIC NOVEL

The first Gothic Novel was written by Horace Walpole in the eighteenth century. His first and most important novel was The Castle of Otranto.He has influenced  the novels, short stories,poetries and even gothic films of today.
Some of the basic elements wich are important and should be in a gothic novel o film are:
-Setting in a castle.
-An atmosphere of mystery and suspense.
-An ancient prophecy
-Omens, portents, visions.
-Supernatural or otherwise inexplicable events.
-High, even overwrought emotion.
-Women in distress.
-Women threatened by a powerful, impulsive, tyrannical male.
-The metonymy of gloom and horror
-The vocabulary
Last day, we discussed in class wich elements we think scare us when we see or read anything based on gothic or horror. The elements people said most was the metonymy of gloom and horror, wich includes, wind, rain, grating doors, stange voies, footsteps...

MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE

After answering the questions of the multiple intelligence test, this was my result:

My intelligences are based on Kinesthetic and Intrapersonal, and some careers based on this intelligences are:
KINESTHETIC: actor, athlete, designer, dancer, jeweler, personal trainer, physical therapist..
INTRAPERSONAL: actor, artist, psychologist, writer, researcher, career counselor..
Some of the results are the same as The Animal in Me test told me, so I think they are in some way right, but my decision will not change, I want to study law some day.

I'm suposed to be a wild cat. In some things i'm not in the same opinion as they are, but there are some other things that i think i'm exactly how they say, like that I love going shopping, get out, be free and indepent and I also like travelling and, at the same time, I need my privacy. But I don't agree with the fact that i'm a dancer o gymnast or that i'm solitary.

In this photo, I can see some Whooper swans. They are a nothern hemisphare swan with a range from Iceland to beyond Japan. During the winter they stay in the lake of Kussharo, Japan. In the backround we can see the mountains from Hokkaido.

This photo is vey interesting because you can't see this everywhere and everytime. The photographer must have looked for a long time to find a so impressive scene like this. When you look at the photo for a longer time, you may can find it relaxing. It's also colorful, powerful, natural and also sponteneous.

MY DREAMS

One of my biggest dreams is to participate in a language course abroad with EF (Education First). EF is the world leader in International Education and they also have worldwide connections to learn languages from other countries. I'm planning to go next year for two weeks to St. Julian's, in Malta. I would take around 26 lessons in english in a week, do a lot of activities, make new experiences, and meet new people from all around the world. It sounds funny, and I'd ike to participate in it. But, the only problem I have is the money. it costs a lot going to another country, specially Malta, and finally to have the EFCELT certificate. But I will try it, and do everything to make my dream real. Another dream of mine is, when I finished my Batxillerat, go back to Germany and study law at the Universtity of Freiburg. But before all this, i'd love to travel a bit around the world and, specially, go to America for a few months.
