In this video the psychologist Kelly McGonigal explains wich is the best method to deal with stress. Most people associate having stress with having a bad health, but this is not always true. Under 50% of people who think that stress is bad for their health, actually end having problems with their health, and the risk of dying increases. In conclusion, only if your think that stress is an enemy of your body, it will be. Kelly McGonigal explains in the video how to see stress as positive and how to make it your friend.
