Monokini 2.0

A group of women who survived breast cancer shows us that they are more important things than our problem areas, like celullitis or to not be thin enough to wear a bikini.
Some finnish designers have created swimmwear for these womens, who have lost one or even both breasts. This project is called Monokini 2.0 and it shows how strong they are, after defenfing the cancer.
The designers of the special swimmwear don't want to hide or cover up something, they just want to show the world that breast cancer survivors in bikini or swimmsuit can still look good and be sexy.

For the women, the photo-shoot surely was a test of courage. It is not natural for them to feel comfortable in their bodies one hundred percent with all the changes. But precisely this is what the project "Monokini 2.0" wants to.

On their officialy website, they say:
"We want to create a positive self image in women who have undergone surgery on the breasts,". "We show that they can be completely beautiful and sexy -., Even with only one breast or none at all"

So the next time we put a bikini on we shoud think twice before we complain about our problem areas, because they are more important things in life than to broad hips, to small breasts or thick legs, and this
 project is the proof.
